We understand that sometimes you may not be able to make it, this is fair enough, but PLEASE let us know as early as possible if you are not turning up. We have had to turn away fans when coaches are full for people who haven't shown up on some trips... it's not fair on us or them. If you abuse this trust then repeat offenders will be asked to pay up front before booking on a PoW coach in future.
